After updating to 2.7 preferences locks up

I updated PyC to 2.7 on my iMac and so far things are running okay.

I updated PyC to 2.7 on my Mac Book Air and every time I change something in preferences the preferences dialog locks up. Any ideas?

PyC becomes unresponsive at startup. I click on the PyChram menu and it appears but hangs. Here are the idea.log, thread dump. I also can send what Apple collects when I force quit PyC but it is 1.3MB.
