Getting Error 404 in LAN environment

I'm trying to set up YouTrack on an internal LAN machine.

I've installed YouTrack on the computer (default port 80) and made sure the port is opened in the firewall.
I've also used telnet to make sure the port is opened.

All computers in the LAN are running Windows 7, including the YouTrack machine.

However, when I try to access YouTrack from other computers in the LAN, all I get is HTTP error 404 - and it's IIS that's returning this error, even though the IIS feature is turned off.

Obviously I'm doing something wrong, but I can't for the life of me figure out what.

Any ideas? If more information is required please tell me where to look. I'm not exactly IT expert.

Attached is a screenshot of the error

The problem was with the Apache Tomcat config file that kept renaming the IP to 'localhost'.

Adding 'useIPVHosts="true"' to the connection string solved the issue.
