Integration with eclipse/git

Hi,
I'm starting using YouTrack in my company. I have following questions:
1. Is it possible to integrate youtrack with eclipse (part of us use eclipse, part - intelij)
2. I saw guide to integrate github with youtrack. We use internal git server, is it any way to integrate youtrack with git?

Unfortunately, currently it's not possible to integrate YouTrack with Eclipse. You can vote for this request
As for your second question - you can integrate YouTrack with Git using TeamCity (there is free edition, that is perfect for such purposes). To set up this integration you do not need to run any tests or build configurations under TeamCity, so it won't change your process. You can read about setting up this integration here
