Mailbox Integration. Adding email + Email name to issue text
How can we add the email and the email name on top on the text of an issue.
When a new issue is created, neither the name nor the email does appear somewhere!
We are using the mailbox integration without the automatic account integration (as we don't have a licence for that many users, and we also don't want all comments to be sent to that user).
As far as I can understand your case, you would like to have an issue with the subject, kind of "TEST-193 <Username>email@example.com Crash when log in". Actually, this is not available via common settings, but it's possible to create a workflow, which will add this to issues' subject. Workflow will search all issues by some parameter (tag, or Subsystem field) and will edit subject of an issue.
